Welcome Futures Elite

Each year, Futures Elite are identified and selected based on performances at the National Futures Championship; and in some cases, the Junior Olympic Games.  

Within the Futures Elite group the top 50 athletes are identified as the Olympic Development Select (OD Select). 

Only athletes selected to the National Futures Championship qualify for selection into the Futures Elite.  The Olympic Development Select athletes are identified from the Futures Elite group. Each year athletes must be selected to the National Futures Championship and be identified as part of the Futures Elite.  Athletes in all age groups may qualify for the Futures Elite. 

Futures Elite athletes are offered additional training opportunities during the year.  All Futures Elite athletes must continue to participate in the Futures Program to take advantage of the additional opportunities.
